Systemic work, how does it work?

Within systemic coaching (systemic working) I work with, among other things, family constellations. This is a very powerful method for awakening unconscious dynamics within your family system. See my blog about family constellations. It is not necessary for the actual persons being represented to be present. We work with the energy of your family system. I stand in your position as a representative and facilitator. I can also use several other methods such as an A4 paper, wooden figures, an organizational constellation, a "mind" constellation or a tetralemma if necessary. After we have both taken a place in the space (or one of us), the dynamics with which we work are being presented. Systemic experience is not necessary. I take you step by step in what is revealed. I have no influence on what wants to show itself within your (family) system. Often it corresponds to your question or theme that you want to look at. But sometimes it also happens that something else wants to be seen first. I always fully trust that what shows up is what it takes to be seen in that moment. I am always at the service of your family system and not of you personally. Within this form of coaching we do not have long conversations but a short interview about the dynamics you want to look at. We leave the rest to the setup. A session lasts about 40 min - 60 min. If you need more time or support for yourself, I recommend booking multiple sessions. This work has no aftercare. And in this way I can help you to integrate the insights gained. I give you practical tools to get started with your situation. We evaluate your process and adjust where necessary.
